The top five projects that I chose were Painting with Light, Color Splash, Rule of Thirds, BCA, and 1 Face 50 Ways. I chose these 5 projects because I felt I did my best editing and shot the best photos in these projects. I thought these projects were interesting because I learned there was more than one way of taking a picture.

I learned different ways to take a picture, but included different supplies and different settings. In Painting with Light, I learned how to change the ISO, shutter speed, and the aperture on a camera. What each of those did tied into how many frames were in the shot, how sensitive the camera received the light, and how wide the lens is.

Color Splash was made by using a photo preferably with a vibrant color with the subject, then editing the color to be isolated. In Rule of Thirds, I used that method to satisfy the eye. I learned using proportions to a photo makes it more pleasing.

In Breast Cancer Awareness, I learned how much it affects both women and men, but in photography, I learned how light can affect the mood, and the background influences what message what the photographer wanted to show.

1 Face 50 ways, I learned how many times one person can be shot in different ways.
The Painting with Light and 1 Face 50 Ways were the most challenging. In Painting with Light, I had a hard time creating pictures in light and I wanted to make these pictures better. That project is also one that I wish I could change because there is potential for different images that could’ve happened, but I was glad I was able to take the photo of steel wool. The 1 Face 50 Ways was difficult because I had to think of different ways to create a one model into different projects. I had to plan thoroughly for this project which was difficult.
For next semester, I want to go out and have one of those 10 minute challenges in one location, maybe a field trip, as an idea and those pictures can be showcased for open house. I want to learn more of the camera setting because I feel like there’s more that one can do with them, and this includes more fun projects. https://animoto.com/play/UQQlphGzMHaRKmdf0uwqdg
